All you need is your Account Number and Audio Identification Number

-Once you have called (575) 746-6804
-Press 1 for transactions
-enter your member number and then #
-enter Audio Identification Number and then #

For share (savings) transactions, press 1
           For available shares (savings), press 1
           For share (savings) account history, press 2
           To transfer money from your share (savings) account, press 3

For share draft (checking) transactions, press 2
           For available share draft (checking), press 1
           For share draft (checking) account history, press 2
           To transfer money from your share draft (checking) account, press 3

If you are looking for current share and certificate rates, press 3 when the Audio Teller first picks up.
